Guidelines

  • Visits must be scheduled at least three weeks in advance.
  • Visits are not possible at some times during the year – for example
    • the start of the semester (first 3 weeks)
    • the week or two prior to CSU final exams.
  • There are two types of visits we support (pending the availability of staff and rooms):
    • Tour + Instruction: Includes a brief tour of the Morgan Library building and an overview of library resources.
      • The tour and instruction will take 60 minutes. Classes are welcome to stay for the duration of their room reservation after the instruction portion is completed.
    • Room Reservation only: Includes a reservation for one of our classrooms and no additional support.
  • No printing available on-site (visitors can save to USB, scan, email, or photograph resources)
  • Visitors are strongly encouraged to bring their own laptops, but if needed and available, a laptop cart with 20 computers can be requested. Note: the Libraries does not offer any type of tech support for personal or Libraries technology.
