We offer opportunities for teaching faculty to collaborate with librarians and archivists to enhance student support and contribute to student success:
Instruction
Librarians and archivists are available to teach information literacy instruction sessions both in person and in an online environment. We can develop classroom activities and lesson plans based on student research needs. Support for asynchronous classes is also available, and may include instructional videos, worksheets, and lesson plans.
One-on-one research support for students & faculty
Librarians and archivists provide virtual research support via MS Teams, telephone, email, and chat.
Effective research assignment design
Librarians and archivists are available to collaborate with teaching faculty to design research assignments that emphasize critical thinking and promote effective research skills.
Research guides & tutorials
CSU Libraries has a number of online resources, including research guides, videos, and tutorials, currently available that support student learning and discovery in the virtual environment. If you need a customized tutorial for your class, please fill out our instruction request form.
Library workshops
Library workshops are open to all students, staff, and faculty. Selection varies by semester.
