Great libraries make great universities because great libraries attract renowned scholars, superb teachers, talented students and high-tech companies that rely on the latest information.
To meet the ever expanding needs of those it serves, the Library's collections must not only be maintained, but must grow in quality and depth. As part of a state-supported institution, Morgan Library receives a portion of its funding from the people of Colorado. However, the Library cannot depend solely on these funds and, like other members of the Association of Research Libraries, must maintain a solid financial foundation in the form of an endowment.
The Morgan and University Libraries Endowment serves as the backbone for CSU Libraries’ financial future. The endowment’s principle remains invested while the earned interest enables us to meet our users’ resource needs. Your donation helps us build the endowment’s principle and generates income for Colorado State University and its Libraries.
