How we can help
CSU librarians can provide guidance and resource recommendations related to evidence synthesis projects including systematic reviews, scoping reviews, mapping reviews, meta-analyses and more. CSU librarians do not write search designs, export results, remove duplicate results, screen articles, or otherwise serve as project team members. CSU Librarians are also not able to provide support related to data analysis.
Response Times
Queries are addressed in the order in which they were received. Delays can occur when a high volume of inquiries are received. For complex inquiries involving considerable labor, you may receive a response indicating an approximate timeline of one to three weeks, depending on query volume and librarian availability.
Acknowledgement and Co-authorship
The CSU Libraries requests that meaningful methodological and search support offered by a CSU librarian be credited as a named acknowledgment in the final publication. Co-authorship may be discussed for significant contributions. When co-authorship is relevant, the librarian should have the opportunity to review and edit the appropriate sections of a manuscript before submission.
