Quiet and respect
- No studying or sleeping.
- Remove footwear and store shoes on shelves outside the room (Group Reflection Room).
- Practice quiet and mutual respect to help create a peaceful environment.
- Silence technology and don’t make phone calls or text.
- Listen to music, guided practices/prayers through earphones.
- No soliciting.
- Don’t leave religious iconography or pamphlets.
- Return equipment to original location.
Safety and food
- No food or drinks allowed, except water.
- No candles, burning oil, incense, or other flammable items.
