Quiet & Respect

• No studying or sleeping.
• Remove footwear and store shoes on shelves outside the room. (Group Reflection Room)
• Practice quiet and mutual respect to help create a peaceful environment.
• Silence technology and don’t make phone calls or text.
• Listen to music, guided practices/prayers through earphones.
• No soliciting.
• Don’t leave religious iconography or pamphlets.
• Return equipment to original location.

Safety & Food

• No food or drinks allowed, except water.
• No candles, burning oil, incense or other flammable items.
