| Faculty, instructors, and students are invited to take part in an online assessment to determine Electronic Reserves’ user-friendliness and effectiveness. As a participant, you will be asked to complete an anonymous online survey, lasting two weeks containing minimal questions regarding Electronic Reserves. | |

Taking part in the survey is a one-time, voluntary event. There are no costs to participate. If you decide to participate, you may stop participating at any time without penalty or loss of benefits to which you are otherwise entitled. We will keep private all research records, to the extent allowed by law. Your responses will be combined with the responses from other participants in the study. The results of the study will be shared with the library profession.
