Getting Help

  • Equipment problems: for assistance with using the laptop, network connection problems, general equipment failure, go to the first floor Information Desk or Loan/Reserve Desk.
  • Information retrieval and research: for assistance with information retrieval using the Sage catalog, library databases, or the Internet please go to the first floor Information Desk.
  • Printing: for assistance with printing a document go to the first floor Information Desk.
  • Software applications: for assistance with Microsoft's Word, Excel or PowerPoint applications, user manuals are available for 2 hour checkout at the first floor Loan/Reserve Desk.
