   • Please choose an e-mail account which you check daily; our circulation notices are time-sensitive!
2. Allow 1-2 working days after submitting this form.
   • Due to the volume of requests for this service, we are unable to send confirmations.
   • If you continue to receive paper notices a week after you submit the form, please contact the front desk at 491-1842. We apologize for any inconvenience.

• Remember the “junk mail” filters you set in your email boxes can sometimes filter out mail you want or need to get. If you submit your email address to receive library notices, you must be responsible for checking your junk mail for “catalog.library.colostate.edu” messages before purging them.
• Exception: All billing notices are sent in paper format.
