Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are not taking reservations for any rooms, including the Event Hall, at this time. Please check back after July 1, 2020.
The Event Hall (Room 167) is available to CSU affiliates. It comfortably accommodates meetings, academic instruction, training clinics, and presentations. It seats up to 75 people and is equipped with surround sound, advanced A/V, high-definition projectors, and ample lighting configurations.
To start the process of obtaining permission to use the Event Hall, use this reservation form. The Event Hall may not be scheduled more than six weeks in advance, is rarely available after 5:00 p.m., and is not for regular classes or study sessions.
The Event Hall has a default furniture floor plan. Floor plan requests are no longer being accepted.
For meetings with no services, individuals organizing the meeting/event are responsible for set-up or take-down of all tables and chairs. At the completion of a meeting, the room must be returned to the default set-up furniture floor plan. Tables and chairs must remain in the rooms.
Assistance with presentation equipment, such as projectors, laptop connection, microphones, and remotes are available. Please indicate needs on the room reservation form.
