Normal Support Hours 2012: 

  • Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
  • Saturday: 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
  • Sunday: 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Support Assistance for ACNS's University Central Systems and Standards:
  • E-mail assistance (Central Exchange, Outlook, Outlook Web Access, Google Apps, ACNS Mail)
  • eID account assistance (account creation, maintenance and password support)
  • Campus Network Connectivity Assistance/Setup (wired, wireless, Housing-Network Access Control standards, SSL Gateway and remote VPN)
  • Campus support assistance for Antivirus/Malware Software (installation and support)
  • RamCT
  • Computer Technical Support Assistance

On-Site support assistance for the Technical Support Help Desk is available at the Morgan Library during the hours of 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday.  Consultants are available to provide support on the services listed above at the Computer Diagnostic Center (Located behind the Libraries Information Help Desk).
