Library Catalog (Sage)

Question:

I found a journal in the Library Catalog (Sage), but the volume I need isn't listed. Does the library have it? What do I do?

Answer:

Some of the journal volumes in our off-site storage facility do not have individual listings in the Library Catalog (Sage). You should rely on the information in the LIB HAS display which gives a summary of the volumes for a particular title held by the library.

For example, if the LIB HAS display shows 1– 1916– , the library owns every volume of the title since volume 1, 1916. Or if the LIB HAS display is 1–10 1960–1969, the library only holds volumes 1 through 10, 1960–1969.

Recent years of a journal are in the JOURNAL ROOM. For status and location of older volumes, use the link labeled CLICK HERE to see additional copies/volumes of this title.
