I'm trying to find a specific thesis or dissertation done at CSU, but I can't find it in the Library Catalog (Sage). Aren't all theses and dissertations listed?
Answer:
All copies of theses and dissertations which were given to the CSU Libraries are listed in the Library Catalog (Sage). Some possible reasons you didn't find the one you wanted are:
- The thesis was never deposited with the Libraries. While most theses and dissertations are turned in to the Libraries, some students fail to do so.
- The thesis has not been cataloged yet. If a thesis was only recently dropped off at the library, it may not have been added to the catalog yet. A list of newly arrived theses and dissertations is available at the Morgan Library Information Desk.
- You may have an incorrect citation or you may have made a typo while searching the Library Catalog (Sage). Contact the Information Desk for help.
