Question:
I need a PIN number to request an item (or log into the proxy server, or renew my books). Where do I get one? My PAC number doesn't work.
Answer:
Your Libraries PIN number is different than your PAC number (PACs are no longer used at CSU). The first time you're asked for a Libraries PIN, you can create one. Use 5-30 letters and/or numbers for your PIN.
If you get a message that says Sorry, the information you submitted was invalid. Please try again, it may mean that you already have a Libraries PIN, but typed the wrong one. Contact the Loan and Reserve desk at (970) 491-1842 during hours that Morgan Library is open or send an email to: circadm@catalog.library.colostate.edu to have your PIN reset.
