Colorado Laws can be found in
the Colorado Revised Statutes (CRS), with print sets at the following
call numbers: GA6.5/1973/ Doc Ref and KFC1829 .A2 Law/Tax. Electronic
versions of the CRS can be found in LEXIS-NEXIS Academic ("State
Codes" component) and at the Colorado General Assembly ("Revised
Statutes" link).
Laws passed in each session of the Colorado General Assembly can be found in
the Session Laws (KFC1825 .A2 Law/Tax).
Colorado Appellate Court Cases
can be found in LEXIS-NEXIS
Academic ("State Case Law" component). Cases can be searched by
keyword, litigant name, or citation. When searching by citation,
try substituting pre/5 for any abbreviation. For example: 101 pre/5 1072 NOT 101 P.3d 1072 The library does not own the
Pacific Reporter or any other print
version of Colorado court cases or other court cases other than those of the
US Supreme Court.
Colorado Court Rules appear as part of the
Colorado Revised
Statutes (see above) and in the following separate volumes: Colorado

Legal Encyclopedias: the library does not subscribe to the legal
encyclopedias American Jurisprudence (AmJur) or Corpus Juris
Secundum (CJS). However, legal background can sometimes be found
in articles in the "Law Reviews" component of LEXIS-NEXIS Academic.
Self-help Information and Legal Forms can be found at the
