Dendrome: Forest Tree Genome Database -- Dendrome is a collection of forest tree genome databases and other forest genetic information resources for the international forest genetics community. Dendrome also provides links to other forest biology and genome resources.

DRYAD: A Database of Trees Forest and Tree Health Publications and Fact Sheets

Forest Genetics & Tree Breeding -- A subdirectory of the WWW virtual library. Forestry, compiled by the Finnish Forest Research Institute (METLA). Has links to resources on research activities, forest conservation, genetics, and data analysis, mailing lists, journals and books, colleagues, organizations, and software resources, image collections, gardening sites, and botany directories.

Forest History Society Bibliography -- Over 25,700 annotated citations to books, articles and dissertations written as history and dealing with the utilization, management, and appreciation of our forest related resources. Forest Information Service -- Provides data holdings on forests, including country-specific maps and some national statistics.

Forestry AgNIC -- Has links to reference resources, full text resources, associations/organizations, government agencies, conferences, subject divisions and related/miscellaneous sites.

ForestWorld -- Offers resources for the wood and forest products industry, including industry news, databases, job ads, and events.

GENRES, Information System on Genetic Resources -- The Information System on Genetic Resources (GENRES) is maintained by the Information Centre for Genetic Resources (IGR) at the German Centre for Documentation and Information in Agriculture (ZADI) as an information system on the Internet. GENRES connects the centralized meta, factual and evaluated data on genetic resources in Germany at the IGR with the decentralized data existing in institutions which are involved in GENRES. GENRES refers i.a. to passport, identification and evaluation data as well as to information about taxonomy, utilization and endangering of different species. Data about institutions, literature, projects and other services are available. GENRES provides information about national, European and international activities on conservation and sustainable utilization of genetic resources for food, agriculture and forestry. A site search engine is available.

The mission of INVAM is to acquire, propagate, characterize and maintain germplasm of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi in living cultures for preservation and distribution to any person or institution.
