This page has links to materials related to ecofeminism. Its primary audience is students in E631, Ecofeminism and Literature, but it should be useful to anyone interested in the topic. A definition of ecofeminism (from the course description) is: "Ecofeminism springs from the recognition that ecology and feminism have much in common and much to offer each other. A growing body of literature and criticism suggests that the questions ecofeminism asks-especially questions about otherness, including non-human others-have powerful implications for the reading and writing of literature." Other definitions can be found in some of the sources listed below. Note: always evaluate the sources you use; evaluation guides are available for Web pages, articles, and books. Use them.
