    A starting point for petroleum, gasoline, and diesel prices and data, as well as a gateway to other major statistical sources.
  • Annual Energy Outlook
    Provides data and projections for the next 20 years.  Annual issues are online from 1996 to the present.  Print and microfiche annual copies from 1983 to 2002 can be found at   E3.1/4  Doc.
  • Annual Energy Review
    Compiles current and historical statistics, some back to 1949.  Annual issues are online from 1995 to the present.  Print and microfiche copies from 1983 to 2003 can be found at the call number E3.1/2 Doc.
  • Monthly Energy Review
    This publication is online from 1996 to the present.  Paper copies from 1974 to 2001 can be found at the call number E3.9  Doc.
  • Country Analysis Briefs
    Very useful for narrative and basic statistics on energy needs of countries and regions.
  • Petroleum Data Publications
    A starting point for numerous statistical and analytical petroleum publications.
  • Fueleconomy.gov
    Find automobile make and model mpg, fuel economy, energy impact, and carbon footprint as well as comparisons.

    A gateway to numerous information sources for the physical sciences and other energy related disciplines.  The two sites listed below can be accessed through this gateway.
  • EnergyFiles: OSTI Resources
    Searchable databases pertinent to energy topics.
  • Information Bridge
    Access to full text energy research report literature, mostly from 1994 to the present.

Yucca Mountain:

DOE has been studying the Yucca Mountain, Nevada site since 1978 to determine its suitability as a repository for radioactive waste.

    This is the official DOE site.
  • YuccaMountain.org
    This site hosted by Eureka County, Nevada provides links to many resources pertaining to the Yucca Mountain controversy.
  • Print Publications
    A keyword search of "Yucca Mountain" in the CSU library SAGE database retrieves hundreds of items published from 1979 to the present.  Most are paper copy, but some are microfiche or web sites.
