Years of the Congresses (US Senate)
Very useful for finding numbers of Congress in association with years
and session dates, from 1789 onward.

A good brief listing with dates, 1789-2003.

A compilation of Congressional committee meetings and the resulting
publications, published and unpublished, for the Senate from 1983 to the
present and the House from 1985 to the present.

Useful for finding citations to older Congressional publications,
