STUDENT EVENTS AT DENVER CONFERENCE (as of March 30, 2007)

SLA Fellows Events:

1. First Timers Reception with SLA Fellows -- Sunday, June 3, 4:00 – 5:00 pm. This event is SLA’s way of welcoming new conference participants and helping create their first informal network within the SLA community.
2. Career panel featuring SLA Fellows at SAAAC Awards Reception --Monday, June 4, 4:00-5:30 on Monday the 4th.


SLA Alumni & Students Connect – Monday, June 4, 6:00 pm – 7:30pm


Party for All Student Attendees – June 6, afternoon at the Denver Art Museum .

Sponsored by the University of Denver Student SLA Group and the Rocky Mountain Chapter.
Denver Art Museum is at 100 W 14th Ave. Pkwy, just a short walk from the Convention Center.

Join us as we celebrate a successful conference, and network with students from the Denver area and all over.

This is a joint reception for the Rocky Mountain Chapter and all students who are attending the conference.

Sci Tech Luncheon for student members and first-time conference attendees – Sunday, June 2, 12:00 Noon. It’s a great opportunity to get started networking with Division members and to learn about opportunities in Sci Tech. This event is free, but requires prior registration and seats are limited.
