Policy for use of CSU Libraries Public Wiki

The CSU Libraries provides an external wiki space for library employees to use in order to collaborate with work-related groups outside of CSU Libraries, such as CAL, ALA, or SLA. The wiki is also available for CSU Libraries staff who are working collaboratively on articles, presentations, or other professional activities with others outside CSUL. The CSUL staff will be assigned SuperUser status, with responsibility for setting up wiki accounts for others in their working group, and providing general oversight of the wiki content for their wiki space. The CSUL Staff will notify members of their group of the URL and login/password required to access the CSUL Public Wiki. An account will give users the following privileges:

  • Reading
  • Editing
  • Moving
  • Uploading files
  • Rollback

This work space is intended to be temporary in that once the work of the group is completed, the content will be removed from the CSUL wiki.
