ELECTRONIC INDEX A DATABASE of citations which may include full-text digitized articles, generally searchable by author, title, or keyword.ELECTRONIC INFORMATION CENTER (EIC) The EIC provides access to SAGE, the online public access catalog, CD-ROM databases, and online electronic databases in the areas of science and technology, social sciences, humanities and business. It also provides access to the WORLD WIDE WEB, Microsoft Office Suite, multi media stations, GIS, and CD-BURNERS. The EIC also houses the ASSISTIVE TECHNOLOGY ROOM, the EILs and the INSTRUCTIONAL VIDEO ACCESS CENTER (IVAC).
