Research in the Information Age
LI301: Research in the Information Age is a one-credit class offered by CSU Libraries. This course is currently on hiatus, but two-sections were formerly offered each semester. Course Objectives include:
- Learn to formulate a manageable research topic.

Know where to go to find information and how to discern the differences among
information resources. - Construct and implement an efficient and effective search strategy.
- Evaluate the suitability and credibility of a particular source.
- Establish flexible research skills that can be adapted to any discipline.
- Build a foundation of research skills that can evolve as technology progresses.
