Research in the Information Age
LI301: Research in the Information Age is a one-credit class offered by CSU Libraries. This course is currently on hiatus, but two-sections were formerly offered each semester.
Course Objectives include:

Learn to formulate a manageable research topic.

Know where to go to find information and how to discern the differences among
information resources.

Construct and implement an efficient and effective search strategy.

Evaluate the suitability and credibility of a particular source.

Establish flexible research skills that can be adapted to any discipline.

Build a foundation of research skills that can evolve as technology progresses.
