The pertinent pieces of information needed to schedule a library session for you include:
- Your name and contact information (please include both e-mail and telephone number)
- Day(s) and Time(s) your class(es) meets
- First & Second choice of dates (First come, first served. During busy weeks we might have to resort to your third choice.)
- Number of Students in your class(es)
- A brief description of the type of assignment tied to the library session
- Any special emphases you would like to have during the library session (e.g. specific databases, library services or resources, etc.)
- If you have any preferences about the librarian you would like to work with, please let Sari know when you make your initial request and she'll do her best to mesh your schedules.
If you think a follow-up session would benefit your class, that can be arranged. A librarian can be there to provide further instruction or to answer questions while students do independent research. Our computer lab classrooms can only be booked for library research classes. If you need a computer classroom for other purposes, please contact the Classroom Scheduling (970) 491-7212.
