Availability

Video conferencing capabilities are available at CSU Libraries in the Computer Classroom 3.  The video conference system is available to Colorado State University individuals, organizations, or groups on an equal-access, space-available basis.  Access to the lab is granted subject to compliance with library policy, University policies, and local, state, and federal laws as noted in the University’s Interim Computer and Networking Acceptable Use Policy.

Computer Classroom 3 is also an instruction lab, so video conferencing will not be available if a class is already scheduled.

Room reservation and video conference scheduling can be arranged by contacting the following individuals, Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm two weeks in advance:

Equipment

  • touchpad interface
  • remote controlled room camera
  • high definition projector with dual display for on-site and far-site web conference participants to conduct face-to-face conversations.
  • The existing twelve “student/participant” computer stations and instructor station at the front of the lab combine to make this room a web-conferencing computer instruction resource.

NOTE: Local calls will be connected when dialed; long distance calling requires an authorization code.
