How to print:
Send the print job
From any networked terminal in the library, send your job to print by either clicking on File-Print or by clicking on a print icon. You will be asked to select a printer. Choose either a black and white printer or color printer. Then you will be prompted to type in a name for your print job.
Get a copy card
In order to print, you must purchase a white copy card. You can purchase a copy card from a cash-to-card machine on the first floor, west of the Help Desk on the orange wall. To purchase a card, put $1.00 in the machine. A card with $.90 will be dispensed. You can add additional dollars onto the card at this same machine. This card can be used to makes prints and photocopies at Morgan Library only.
The printers are located on the first floor, west of the Help Desk. Go to any of the three stations and insert your copy card in the card reader. A menu will appear on the computer screen with a list of all the jobs that have been sent to print. Find your print job and click on it.
Reimbursement for Money Lost in a Cash-to-Card Machine
If you lose money in any of the cash-to-card machines in Morgan Library, please go to the Copyrite Office in the basement of the Lory Student Center for a refund during office hours: Monday - Friday, 7:45 am - 4:45 pm.
Lost CSU ID or Copy Card
The University considers the value on a copy card to be the same as cash and will not refund or reimburse for lost value. The Copyrite Office recommends only adding the amount of value that is needed.
Combining Value on Several Cards to One Card
To combine value on several copy cards to one card, bring the cards to the Copyrite Office in the basement of the Lory Student Center. They will confirm values on each card and combine them onto one card.
Recycling Copy Cards
CSU Libraries and the Copyrite Office strongly encourage the reuse and recycle of copy cards. Copy cards may have additional value added via the cash to card machines or at the Copyrite Office. Copy card recycle boxes are also located by cash-to-card machines.
