Morgan Library Presentation Rooms

 

Located on the first floor in the computer lab, four Presentation Rooms are available for small groups to meet and work. 
  • Each room seats up to 10 people
  • Equipment includes:
    • a computer
    • a ceiling-mounted projector/screen
    • a whiteboard

Presentation Rooms are for the use of CSU students, staff and faculty only.

Presentation rooms can be reserved at the Help Desk or by calling 491-1841. CSU students, faculty and staff can also make reservations online. 


Policy

  • Reservations can be made by any CSU affiliate (student, staff, or faculty) using their eID and password.
  • Users can only reserve rooms up to seven days in advance.
  • Groups/Users have a three hour time limit per day.
  • A group that is fifteen minutes late forfeits the reservation of the room.
  • Users must be affiliated with the university.
  • Priority will be given to groups who sign-up and require the use of the Presentation Room audio-visual equipment. The Presentation Rooms are not intended for classroom instruction, student association meetings, thesis or dissertation defense, or individual study space.
