Ask A Librarian: Email Assistance
CSU Libraries Ask A Librarian Email Assistance is a service for current members of the Colorado State University community. We also provide assistance to the community at large regarding library materials unique to CSU Libraries' collections or other CSU-related information.
This service provides:
- Brief factual information
- Information about CSU Libraries' holdings and services
- Referral to people or departments when necessary

Responses:
- Questions received Monday-Thursday will be answered within 24 hours, except during University holidays.
- Questions received Friday-Sunday will be answered by the following Tuesday.
- All information is supplied by e-mail.
