COMMENT RECEIVED (No date): Clean and sanitize assistive tech rooms better, and reserve for students of need.
RESPONSE: Thank you for your comments. The Assistive Technology rooms are cleaned on a weekly basis by the Electronic Information Center staff. We not only take reservations for use of the machines but we strongly encourage reservations be made by calling or stopping by the EIC desk (491-1535). All machines require a logon and are open only for people who need the software packages we offer. If you have specific needs or questions regarding the AT rooms please contact Lindsey Wess or me for further assistance. We are happy to answer any questions you may have.

COMMENT RECEIVED on 6-26-2006: It seems that the library wants everyone out at 9:30 on days when the library closes at 10:00. If this is so, perhaps change the closing time to 9:30. If it isn't, could the CSOs wait until maybe 9:50 to go around circling tables and talking loudly? It's certainly effective in getting people to leave but it's frustrating when people have planned to stay until 10:00.
RESPONSE: Thank you for your comments. We have forwarded your message to Jim Farmer, Building Proctor for Morgan Library, who is looking into this situation. We will post his response as soon as it is received.
COMMENT RECEIVED on 6-28-2006: I have found, in a bibliography list of a certain technical publication, a reference to a master thesis written in 1986 by Kolp, D.A., "Water hammer generated by air release". I wonder whether it is possible to get a copy of this work, or any advice where can I get it. Obviously, I am ready to cover any cost that may be involved. Thanks in advance.
RESPONSE: Our library has a circulating copy of this thesis that you can borrow from us on interlibrary loan through your local library in Israel (I will email you the record for the title from our catalog after I forward my message). Libraries around the world routinely share materials on interlibrary loan and your library must submit a request on your behalf. Please feel free to contact us again if you need further assistance.
