Journal Article Delivery Options
These options are listed in the order of speed -- quickest options are listed first.
- If you have a specific journal article you need (and you have the journal title, date, author, volume and other information), check citation linker to see if an online version is available.
- Two good starting places for most topics are Academic Search Premier [magazines, journals] and Academic Universe [newspapers]. If you are having trouble finding articles on your topic, ask a Subject Specialist to recommend a database.
- If you don't have a specific topic in mind, browse through online issues of a particular journal. Click on the first letter of the journal title.
- Order articles through Interlibrary Loan by filling out an online request form. Articles typically arrive in 2-4 days and will be available on the Web. You will need to login to Interlibrary Loan to view articles you request.
