For your convenience, reservations can be made by phone, fax, or mail. Both credit cards and checks are accepted. Please make checks payable to the Colorado State University Foundation. The CSU A-card is not accepted for this event.The Cost
$125 per person/$250 per couple
($85 of each ticket purchase is considered a charitable contribution)

RSVP
We must receive your reservation and payment by Friday, May 19th. A confirmation with the name of your table host will be sent to you via email on Friday, May 26th. If you do not have an email address, please clearly indicate this on your reservation form and we will contact you by phone on or around that date. Tables will be assigned in the order of receipt of a completed reservation form and payment.
