College Liaisons to determine collection needs of faculty and students; devises
and implements methods to assess and manage the collections; evaluates electronic
and consortia purchases; works with vendors for electronic products to set
up and evaluate database trials; assists with accreditation and program reviews;
serves as a resource of electronic products for staff.
