PBS/Frontline Social Entrepreneurs Program

I've been working with Fort Collins Public Library and PBS/Frontline World to present two programs on social entrepreneurship during United Way's Make-A-Difference Week and UniverCity Connection's Innovation Week. These events are free and open to the public. I encourage you to attend. This is a great opportunity to discuss social entrepreneurship in the Fort Collins/CSU community.

On Tuesday, October 21 from 3:30 - 5:00 p.m., Fort Collins Regional Libray District will hold a Frontline/World Social Entrepreneurs film viewing and discussion panel at New Belgium Brewing Company. The film is a one-hour compilation of the 16-part Frontline/World Social Entrepreneurs Film Series. The viewing will be followed by a panel discussion with Gordon Thibodeau, Executive Director of United Way; Jim Henderson, Regional Representative for the Small Business Administration; and Genniphyr Ponce Pore, Larimer County Workforce Center.

On Friday, October 24 from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m., CSU Libraries will hold a brief film viewing from the Frontline/World Social Entrepreneurs Film Series and a panel discussion featuring graduate students from CSU's School of Business Global Scoial and Sustainable Enterprise (GSSE) program and Clayton Hurd, Director of CSU's Service Learning program. This event will be at CSU's Lory Student Center in the Grey Rock Room.

Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
