From first glance, it looks as though it's just another site with real estate listings. However, the link under the "Country Info" area provides valuable information on commerical and residential real estate business practices and ethics in 25 countries. This site is definitely worth checking out if you are considering investing in real estate abroad or researching the international real estate market.
