Hello. This survey is part of a research project to evaluate the Colorado State University Libraries BANR Blog project.
The BANR Blog survey consists of 10 questions and will take about five minutes. We would appreciate your assistance in providing us with information about how you heard about the BANR Blog, how often you visit the blog, when you first learned about the blog, content you find most relevant and if there is content you would like us to add. <If you haven't seen the BANR Blog, please visit at: http://lib.colostate.edu/blogs/banr/.>
You will not be asked for your name or email address. The librarians administering this survey plan to present the findings and/or write an article based on this information. Your information will be combined with information from other people taking part in the survey. When we write about the survey, we will write about the combined information and you will not be identified in these written materials. The benefit of conducting the research is to assess and then be able to provide a better-quality science-focused blog with information that is usable and of value to researchers and students at CSU or researchers in the subject areas covered by this project.
Your participation in this survey is voluntary; you may stop participating at any time up until you submit your survey. In completing this survey, there are no known risks, no costs, and no direct benefits to you. Questions about the survey can be directed to Allison Level 491-3918 or Joanna Blair 491-3651.
If you have any questions about your rights as a volunteer in this research, contact Janell Meldrem, Human Research Administrator, at 970-491-1655. It is not possible to identify all potential risks in research procedures, but the researcher(s) have taken reasonable safeguards to minimize any known and potential, but unknown, risks.
