Reset Your Pin ONLINE

We have lots of passwords and accounts to remember. If you have forgotten your CSU Library PIN, no worries, there is now a way to reset your PIN online.

Reset forgotten PINs online
Need to check your library account or access licensed resources from off-campus? Can't remember your PIN? No worries. Use the new "Forgot your PIN" button on any patron verification form to have a "Reset PIN" link sent to your e-mail account. Enter your last name and CSU ID number to identify yourself and the link will be sent to the e-mail account on file with your Library Catalog (Sage) account. If there is no e-mail on your patron account, use the online PIN Reset Request Form for assistance from the Access Services staff.
