Jessica Helms: "Alright. First Question is: Why did you choose CSU?"
Wes Short: "I chose CSU because it was not CU, but it was also in-state. Um. I knew a lot of people that went to CU - their type of personality did not mix with mine. But, you know, it's fine."

Jessica Helms: "Alright, um. What do you want from your CSU experience?" [Indistinct]
Wes Short: "A Degree! Um, something that I can remember for a long time.would be cool."

Jessica Helms: "Ok."
Wes Short: ".And a degree, of course."

Jessica Helms: (Laughs) "we knew that. Moving on: What was your first meal on campus like? If you can remember that far back."
Wes Short: "The first meals were actually pretty good! And then it was just down-hill from there. It was like 'Man! This ain't gonna be bad!' And then, by week three, we were like 'ew! I ate that?'

Jessica Helms: "Ok, so. Um, great. What are you first impressions of the campus?"


Wes Short: "Um.well, I guess first year it was pretty nice. Last year it was pretty windy. But, you know, green, kind of a lot of space to sprawl out." [Shrugs]

Jessica Helms: What do you miss most about home?
Wes Short: "It wasn't windy last year, other than that, not a whole lot. My mom making food for me-good food-was pretty nice."

Jessica Helms: "Ok. Do you have any advice for your future self?"
Wes Short: "Um. Don't worry about stuff so much, just go with it. Don't worry about it. Just chill."

Jessica Helms: "Ok, cool."
