(This page will be updated as new sources are available.)

Better World Books / Room to Read

These organizations are working to help rebuild schools in Asia, especially Sri Lanka.  Library and classroom material is sent to third world countries.  Although college level material is desired, they also can use primary and secondary level material.  Subjects can cover anything.  Items that aren't appropriate for the schools will either be recycled or used in a book sale to benefit their efforts.

Denver Correctional Facility

They are looking for material for the inmates and their families to read.  Most desired are self-help books, fiction, children's books, popular interest, etc.  Items with violence, pornographic, highly technical content are discouraged.

Textbook Dealers

Textbook dealers stop by periodically to review any textbooks we have to offer.  Only textbooks which were purchased with the donor's "personal funds" may be sold.  Review copies, publisher copies, etc. are not sold by the Libraries.
