Policies

Take the laptop out of its case and place it securely on a table. In a packet within the laptop case you will find a power cord and an optical mouse. Plug the power cord into the laptop then into an available wall outlet. The optical mouse is intended for use instead of the touch pad, if you prefer. If using the mouse, plug the mouse cable into the rear auxiliary port before turning on the power.
Open the laptop display latch.*
Press the power switch*
