Conference Sponsors

In order for your Summer Conference participants to qualify for CSU Library privileges, one of the following documents must be submitted by you to the Loan & Reserve Desk:

  1. A completed Conference Participants Form

    2. -OR-

  2. Departmental letterhead containing the following information:
    • Name of Conference (please spell out acronyms)
    • CSU Department Sponsor
    • Individual Sponsor(s) contact information
    • Duration of the Conference
    • List of Conference participants names
