Colorado State University Libraries is proud to announce the exhibition of select posters from the Celebrate Undergraduate Research and Creativity Showcase in the First National Bank Gallery of the Morgan Library on the Colorado State University Campus. The display features ten award winning posters generously made available by students. The exhibit will run until August 19, 2005.
Celebrate Undergraduate Research & Creativity provides a venue for integrating experiential learning into the undergraduate curriculum. The goals include recognizing bright, ambitious Colorado State undergraduates and fostering a close connection between faculty and students. Most projects are faculty-mentored endeavors, meaning students collaborate directly with a faculty member on a research project.
This display showcases some of the winning posters from the Celebrate Undergraduate Research & Creativity (CURC) Showcase, that is held each spring and highlights the exciting, innovative, and creative work of students in all disciplines. Since 1995, undergraduate students at Colorado State University have participated in a variety of events related to original research, design and the creative arts. The annual showcase and awards ceremony is held every spring and features award winners from different disciplines.
