The CSU Libraries is an organization that recognizes and rewards faculty and staff who seek professional development opportunities and involvement in professional organizations for the benefit of library users and the university.
STRATEGY 8.1: Support and reward Libraries faculty and staff who improve the visibility of and support for the CSU Libraries.
Key Events for Implementation
- Review the travel funding allocation system.
- Support Libraries faculty and staff who achieve leadership roles in professional and other organizations.
- Nominate colleagues for professional awards.
- Provide training opportunities for faculty and staff to develop new skills and expertise needed to meet the changes in research library work.

- Distribute revised travel funding allocation system to Libraries. (Deadline December 1, 2007)
